Welcome to the site of one of the oldest and largest Christmas parades in Georgia. With over a hundred entries each year, Rome's Christmas Parade has delighted citizens of Rome and surrounding counties for over 60 years.

Our parade is a non-commercial, non-profit event organized by a volunteer committee of caring citizens.

Each year we honor an "unsung hero" of our community who has given unselfishly of themselves above and beyond expectations, with little recognition in return, as Grand Marshal for our parade. The Grand Marshal leads the parade down Broad Street and is sponsored by Heritage First Bank, headquartered in Rome, GA. The Grand Marshal is announced and honored at a Breakfast hosted by the Bank at Coosa Country Club in November each year.
